Change Main Menu Setting
To change the Main Menu setting (where it has the Scrapbook and says Resume Game and stuff), just change your XBox date to Christmas or Halloween or some other holiday and the setting will change to that holiday

How to jump in your car
If you want to jump in your car all you have to do is go to the options menu in the main menu, hold L + R and press x, x, x, y
